Waitlist privacy

Last updated 12 October 2026. This covers the details you give us on scrubmee.com when you apply for the beta. Once you use the app, the ScrubMee app privacy policy applies.

Who we are

ScrubMee is built and run by an Australian sole trader in Western Australia. Contact us at privacy@scrubmee.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, and that you ticked the box to hear from us (with the date and time).
• If you answer them: where you work, your role, what you're most excited about, and whether you use an iPhone or Android.
• The page you signed up on.

Why

To email you about the ScrubMee beta and launch, to choose who joins the beta first, and to keep a record of the 20 founding nurses who get Premium free. We don't sell your details or use them for anyone else's marketing.

Where it's kept

In our customer system, HighLevel (LeadConnector), a company based in the United States, so your details are stored and handled overseas. The website runs on Cloudflare, also a United States company, which passes the form to HighLevel.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email privacy@scrubmee.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
